Lamberts® A-Z effervescent is a once-daily tablet formula that provides all the essential micronutrients, many of which at 100% of the Nutrient Reference Values.
Lamberts® A-Z can be used in two ways:
During adolescence (ages 14-18) as a long-term multivitamin supplement,
Or at older ages as a maintenance formula for micronutrient levels.
Despite providing levels of micronutrients comparable to other multivitamin formulas on the market, the A-Z effervescent tablets come at a significantly lower cost. The effervescent tablets are an alternative option for individuals who have difficulty swallowing large tablets and feature a pleasant mango and pineapple flavor.
