Lamberts® Magnesium Citrate Gummies provide an impressive 150 mg of elemental magnesium per gummy. The form used in this supplement is magnesium citrate, a salt known for its high solubility, which contributes to enhanced absorption and bioavailability.
As with all Lamberts® gummy supplements, Magnesium Citrate Gummies:
• Contain no sugar or artificial sweeteners
• Contain no gelatin
• Contain no artificial flavors or colors
Fructooligosaccharides (FOS) from chicory root fiber are used both as a sweetening agent and as a gelatin substitute. FOS are a natural form of soluble carbohydrates found in various vegetables such as endives and onions. When taken orally, they are only partially absorbed, with most of them serving as a nutritional substrate for the growth of the gut’s natural microbiota, especially bacteria from the Bifidobacteria and Lactobacillus genera.
